It consists of a balcony with an eastern view towards the Messinian Gulf and the entire Gargaros Beach with its incredible sunrises that appear behind the peaks of Taygetos. The Theama is completed by two double bedrooms, the eastern one with a double bed, and the western one that can be converted into a double bed or two separate single beds, a kitchen-dining room, and a bathroom with a shower cabin.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a Wi-Fi connection, a Smart TV and satellite TV, a washing machine, and private covered parking.

For stays longer than one week, linen change is included, which is done weekly. It is also possible to request an additional cleaning service (for a fee and a minimum weekly basis) and a change of linen (for a fee on a minimum three-day basis).
