Below are the daily costs of each apartment in the different seasons.
ATTENTION: The notified amounts do not include the City Tourist Tax equal to 0.5% of the daily rent per apartment (law 7332/23) and the Climate Resilience Tax equal to €5.00 per day per apartment. (law 5073/2023). Greek law requires us to collect this second tax in cash, separately from the rental payment and upon departure. A separate receipt will be issued for this purpose after payment.
Use of the sofa bed (where available) is available upon payment of an additional amount equal to:
In the low and medium season, for an additional guest €6.00, for two additional guests €9.00 per day.
In the high season, for an additional guest €12.00, for two additional guests €20.00 per day.
This supplement is not subject to apartment discounts.
